Artwork Requirments
Files should be at 600dpi and in RGB or Grayscale mode.
Vector art is preferred. We will except illustrator, photoshop, and editable PDF files for multicolor jobs and PDF and hi-res JPEG for one color prints. Each color on it on layer is also preferred.
Halftones - standard setup is 40lpi, circular or elliptical dots, and 22.5 or 7.5 angle. Use your best judgement if doing this yourself.
Setup and Press Fees
Ink Changes - $15 per color change
Artwork/Design - $50 per hour, charged by the half hour. This includes artwork that is not print ready as well as full on design jobs.
Custom Ink Colors - Free!
Screen/Setup Fees - Free
Ordering, Turnaround, & Shipping Info
To place an order, just email us using the contact form. Please include artwork, quantities, and shirt brand and style (if you know what you want). We will then look over the artwork and send you a quote with your desired shirts.
Once you approve the order we require the payment in full to get your order into production. This allows for quicker production and accuracy in our turnaround schedule, which is typically 7-10 business day for shirts and up to 3 weeks for record packaging.
We do not save screens, so any reorder will be subject to the standard turnaround schedule. We do keep artwork on file, so for a reorder you will not have to resend and go through the approval process.
You are always welcome to pick up your order for free in house whenever possible! If shipping is required, we use UPS and can insure your package if requested.
